Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24hours beforehand, no refunds will be given otherwise. Text messages will be provided by the Head Coach if the weather is to bad to deliver fully effective sessions. Your sessions will be prioritised. No shows will be completely blocked from booking sessions with 1921, unless major circumstances are in the way. Coaches delivering the session, will text client to confirm.
